Ghana is set to host this year’s Rotary Club International Conference with focus on learning through proper training
The event is scheduled to take place between April 12-16 at the Blue Royal Hotel, one of Ghana’s coziest environment located in the Eastern Region. It is on the theme “reach out and serve”.
Dubbed the 4th Rotaract District 9102 Assembly Training and Conference (DTAC), the program seeks to promote growth through training and dialogue as well as fellowship experience with the aim of bringing districts together .
This year’s meeting will come alive at Larteh, a town situated on a hill near Akuapem in a serene mountainous area of the Eastern Region.
It is expected to help participants generate and share ideas including new perspectives and insights .
The occasion will also be used to evaluate the club’s activities over the years in regards to its dedicated service to humanity.
Beyond stock taking, the meeting is equally expected to serve as a review to community services undertaken by the club over the years.
DTAC is designed to help all club members and its Presidents’ plan a successful rotary year to climax all district training program for incoming district national and club officers .
All rotaractors in the districts are expected to attend this year’s DTAC to gain some excellent knowledge from the conference topics including different training sessions on very innovative themes to enhance delivery of programmes and activities.
The organizers of the 2017 Rotaract 9102 Conference says they are working very hard to provide a rich programme content for all participants to enjoy.
It promises a very pleasant moment of meetings, fellowship, training but also a moment of leisure.
On this occasion Rotaractors and their guests will experience and share great time of fellowship. There will be a lot of fun, laughter and yet probably few tears would be shed as we honour Rotaractors who have given off their best time, utilized their talents and efforts to make a difference in the life of others in serving humanity.
